You can have any combination of Extensions (i.e. For example, with our 1000 License Option, you could have 350 Licenses of 1 Extension, 250 Licenses of a different Extension, 200 Licenses of a 3rd Extension, 150 Licenses of a 4th Extension and 50 Licenses of a 5th Extension.
